The Bermuda Championship began in 2019 as an alternate event played while the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions was being played. Most of the field in the Bermuda Championship are either rookies on tour or players trying to boost up the FedEx Cup rankings while most of the top golfers in the world are playing in Asia.
Played at the Port Royal Golf Course in the Southampton parish in Bermuda, it is a beautiful course but shorter than most under 7000 yards. For fantasy golf players and bettors it is a week to expect a lot of birdies and low rounds which you need to factor in when making your picks.

Will Zalatoris - Zalatoris didn’t get his PGA Tour card because of how the PGA Tour structured rookies this year but he has played in a few events and made the most of his opportunities. He’s had 4 starts and finished in the Top 10 in three of them, only missing the cut in the fourth. In a bad tournament field, a talented hungry rookie is a scary thing to ignore. He may not be super cheap at DraftKings this week as a sleeper pick but his ownership may be low. Make sure he’s in a bunch of your DFS lineups this week.
Emiliano Grillo - How the mighty have fallen. Grillo was a guy that was always a sleeper pick in my DFS lineups because he was always a low cost and would at least make the cut. Occasionally he would contend and help out my lineup even more. Last year he was a disaster and who knows what the future holds for Grillo but in a weak field I am taking him at his salary cap discount and hoping that his talent overcomes his struggles and he puts up a good showing in Bermuda.
