The WGC Mexico Championship is the 2nd of 4 World Golf Championships to be played this season with the first one being the WGC HSBC Championship played back in October. This year marks the 4th year that the WGC has been played in Mexico having spent 10 years at the Doral Golf Resort in Florida.
This week the PGA Tour also has an event at the Puerto Rico Open where some of the rest of the PGA Tour players without an invite to the WGC Mexico will be playing. Some DFS sites have games for the Puerto Rico Open and some do not, you will have to check them out the week of the tournament.

2020 World Golf Championships-Mexico Championship Tourney Preview
The Mexico Championship moved from Doral after many people were upset with Donald Trump and his public comments so it was decided that the WGC should be moved and Mexico became a reality. Ever since the move the tournament has continued to be a favorite stop for PGA Tour golfers and it looks like Mexico will be the home of the WGC for years to come.
Top golfers from both the PGA Tour, European Tour and other worldwide tours will hit Mexico and with a field that hovers around 70 it is a no cut event that allows daily fantasy golf players the opportunity to create some great lineups with top golfers.
If you are playing in a free fantasy golf contest for the 2020 WGC Mexico Championship then the course history strategy is somewhat relevant since only players that were in the Mexico WGC the last few years have played the course. You should also focus on who is playing well leading up to the tournament.
